50 Most Dangerous Search Terms and How to Stop Them
The answer is simple. Don’t use these search terms. Easier said then done. Most home and small businesses today have a lot of computers. As a matter of fact most home have more technology then most small businesses.
The people at McAfee did a little research and found those search terms that were most likely to bring up malware that could potentially mess up your computer. Now I am not a bug fan of McAfee but they do have a lot of installs out there and they do have the cash to conduct this kind of study.
The real question is what do we do with this information. That’s where Pineapple PC comes into play. After thinking this through a bit I realized the answer has been with us for a while.
For years I have been touting the power of K9 Web Protection Software by the folks at Blue Cost. I can tell you from my opinion that PCs with this installed are much cleaner and stay much cleaner.
The cool thing about K9 is that it is totally customizable. For example, if you just want to block the search “blue Honda” then anytime that term is searched it will be blocked. The other great thing is that the program is web based and super easy to use. It truly puts the web experience in your hands. The program is free for home users and inexpensive for businesses.
So if keeping your PC well maintained is important to you then download and install K9 Web Protection.
